Admin is saying he is busy, can't devote much time to this site and asks if there are people interested in moderating rights.

Although written in Estonian at first, I don't think the moderator must be an estonian - also there could be more than 1 person doing the job.

Hypno seems to be responsible person, Nowhereman has a lot of good will and Rzepa writes here a lot, finds interesting things and put it here and of course is Pole Wink

I made future moderator work easier, made a new forum "add news".
So moderator just has to choose what news are good enough to post on main page.
