Norway's center-left government has issued a warning to 140 companies that still don't have enough women on their boards of directors: Appoint more, or be dissolved.
Companies organized as "ASA" corporations are required to meet a state-mandated quota that calls for 40 percent of their directors to be women.
This is pure fascism if government can dissolve a
private company if they refuse to appoint somebody. Such government is unpredictable and potential investors cannot be sure what ridiculous idea will be next.
And what if some companies doesn't met this criteria? Dumb goverment dissolve them and perhaps even hundredth of people employed over there would lost their jobs!

- Equality minister Karita Bekkemellem told newspaper Aftenposten on Friday that those companies failing to meet the quota will face involuntary dissolution from January 1.
Same idea of ministry of equality is ridiculous and typical for socialist bureaucratic countries. Such ministry in democratic country practically have nothing to do, so to keep their well paid posts they need to push such idiotic ideas. This is how ministry of equality without shame discriminate man, because no matter whether they are better specialists than woman, those who are destined to replace them, some of them must go away.
My proposal is to set another quota, how many of those woman in board must be lesbian and how many immigrants
