P.S Russian Federation accepted and repayed all the debts of the Soviet Union. To the west maybe... RF has also written off the bad debts of many asian and african countries. Don't mean to say we are so kindhearted - there was an interest, I suppose, - but that's the fact.

Some of it was paid with weaponry and they drilled a 12 km deep hole somewhere in eastern FInland, which i'm quite glad about... I don't know what it is used for, but i'm sure everybody would want a hole that deep!

| Just after WWII red army was like a locusts, whole factories and everything what was worth something and Germans didn't grabbed it before was moved to the Soviet Union. This should be also considered as a debt but I have no doubt that we wont get anything. Neither Germans repaid themselves, they gave some cash for Poland to USSR! Maybe Russia should finally pass this money to us? | |

But here's one question for this topic - If there are no soviets anymore, why is Nashi using domen www.nashi.su not *.ru 2 options: - There's no soviets but the domen still exists - why not to use it? - Nashi are idiots and they like SU, so they use this domen to emphasize their love for "sovok".

Umm well they still have our president's chain... Don't know what's it called in English... The thing that hangs around Konstanti Päts's neck on the picture below It's in Kreml's museum now. And if I should believe some news from 2005, the last Estonian to have seen it was our cultural minister Signe Kivi in 1999. The news were about two gemstones missing from there. And the Russian cultural minister promising to replace them... That was like 2 years ago, I haven't heard anything about it since.
