Death penalty poll

Bin Laden may admit many things. maybe he just thinks it would honour him if people thought he had done it. So it's not so sure at all.

Ok i m not going to prove Bin Laden proofs of guilty- prosecutor should. I think Bin Laden is not a coword so he admited to this. Also what bigger figure he protect? He is not only accused of 11.09.2001 terrorist attack. He is also connected with some eariler assults.
But what about Hussajn, Hitler Stalin ? There where no 200% evidence of their mass murder activity?
I don;t understand why criminal can kill innocent man and society can not pay back. Death penalty is my heart choice not intelectual.

Admiting something like that is most important thing beeing a terrorist leader. They need fame, they need paper room.

But about death penalty, I would say "yes", even 1 prepeard murder with 100% evidence. Such human being don't deserve to live in this world. Self defence and accidents are whole different things of course but taking other life intensionally can't be tolerated. 1, 10 or 100 is there any difference?
